For Hair

Take 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seed powder and add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil to it. Mix both ingredients well and apply this paste to your hair, mostly the roots. Let it dry for 10 minutes, and then wash it off with a mild shampoo.

For Face

Take a cup of whipped cream, a teaspoon of fenugreek powder, and a few drops of honey. Mix the ingredients into a bowl and make an even paste and apply it to the skin. Leave it on for about 15 minutes. Wash it off with just water.

Use as a Spice or Make Tea

Fenugreek is one of the staple spices used in Indian cooking. Boil 1 cup water and pour it into a bowl and add 1 tsp fenugreek seed powder. Cover and let the ingredients steep for 2-3 minutes. Add honey, sift the tea through a sieve, and enjoy.
