Ziyad Premium Quality Whole Wheat is a whole wheat berry composed of the germ, endosperm and bran.
A classic use for our whole wheat is to make Bileela, a traditional Egyptian hot cereal, it’s boiled in a mixture of water, milk and sugar and yields a hearty and warm dish.

One serving of our whole wheat contains 12g of fiber. With iron and protein making them a great option for breakfast but also add a great chewy texture to salads as well!
